First impressions matter. When a potential home buyer starts looking at your online listing, the pictures they see will have a huge impact on how they perceive your property. If you want to show off your home at its best, please complete the following preparations before we arrive:
Declutter your home.

Turn on every lamp and light. Replace any burned out light bulbs.
Remove everything possible from your kitchen counter (toaster, coffee pot, etc.)
Park all vehicles away from the house or in the garage.
Close the garage doors.
Remove any items which may be taped or otherwise fastened to the refrigerator.
Remove all you can from bathroom countertops (toothpaste holders, soap, toiletries, etc.) so that they are entirely clean and open.
Put away children’s toys.
Remove any pet bowls, litter boxes, or toys in rooms that you plan to have photographed.
Mow the grass and tidy up the yard.
Hide garden hoses and all garden tools.
Help the photographer by keeping pets and people out of the way during the shoot.
